Don't Forget Your Wolf Ears

Don't forget to collect your wolf ears! These complimentary accessories are available at check-in. The kids will look right at home trotting around the lodge in their themed headbands. Be sure to get your camera ready!

You can use your wristband to open your suite door and you have the option of setting your wristband up for purchases throughout the lodge. You may also access the water park with your wristband for an additional cost. There may be fees associated with the replacement of RFID wristbands.

Can I bring snacks to Great Wolf Lodge? Day pass guests are not allowed to bring outside food or drink. All food and beverages must be purchased on the premises.

The deepest point in the pool is five feet deep. Guests less than 48 inches tall MUST wear a lifejacket. Weak swimmers and non-swimmers should wear a lifejacket and remain in the shallow end. Waves will be on and off throughout the day.

If you left an item at Great Wolf Lodge, please complete the lost and found form. Once you file a report, you'll receive email updates on the status of your item. Lost items are kept for 30 days.

We recommend that you bring bathing suits, aqua socks or flip flops for the 84-degree water park. Our lodge is considered casual but we do ask that when you are outside of the water park that shirts and shoes are worn.

You can take your wand home as a souvenir and bring it back to use over and over again with the purchase of additional game time. Your wand will remember all of your completed quests, so you can pick up where you left off at your next visit.

This is my biggest tip: do NOT pack beach/pool towels for Great Wolf Lodge. When you walk into the water park, you won't be able to miss the big box of towels. Take what you need, but don't hoard them. There are plenty to go around.

Great Wolf Lodge began as a small indoor water park resort called Black Wolf Lodge which was founded in 1997 by brothers Jack and Andrew "Turk" Waterman, the original owners of Noah's Ark Water Park in Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin. Black Wolf Lodge was purchased by The Great Lakes Companies Inc. in 1999.
